routing toll-free calls to optimize service level and utilize resources. It
provides a complete service where is it able to answer any questions or
inquiries for clients and able to explain any insurance product that Tawuniya
offers. CSC also provides a convenient way of sales through the Call Center and
support for clients with Medical and Motor claims. All calls are recorded
digitally and statistics are utilized in coordination with other related
departments
